Rates & Insurance
Effective September 8, 2025
Our desire is to help everyone who contacts us. While we do have some constraints due to insurance, please reach out if you are concerned about affordability—we will do our best to work with you. We also value transparency in fees and payment so you always know what to expect.

Base Rates

Initial Intake Evaluation: $250

60-Minute Therapy Session: $225
-
School Visits (including travel): $150/hour

Note: Sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes, though therapeutic work often concludes at the 50–55 minute mark to allow time for documentation, scheduling, and follow-up.

Insurance
We accept many major insurance plans, and sessions will be billed at your plan’s contracted rate (which may differ from our base rates). Coverage, copays, and deductibles vary by plan. To ensure we can provide an estimate, your insurance information and completed intake forms must be submitted at least 24 hours before your first appointment.

If we do not receive this information in time, you are consenting to and approving charges at either (a) our full cash-pay base rate, or (b) whatever amount your insurance ultimately determines you owe.

In this case, no estimate will be provided in advance.

We will upload an insurance estimate to your client portal before your first session (when information is provided on time), but we still recommend verifying coverage directly with your insurance provider. If insurance denies coverage, you will be responsible for the full session fee. We also accept out-of-network (OON) benefits and can provide documentation for you to submit for reimbursement if your plan allows.

Sliding Scale & Cash-Pay Options
Some of our therapists offer income-based sliding scale fees for clients who are paying out of pocket. Availability and rates may vary by counselor, so please discuss this option directly with your therapist if you have financial concerns.

In addition, we have some counselors who accept cash-pay only at a reduced rate of $75 per session. Please inquire if you are interested in being matched with one of these counselors.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): $50 fee

No-Shows: $100 fee
