Sage Conner is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to providing compassionate counseling services to children, adolescents, families, and adults navigating the complexities of ADHD, learning disabilities, autism, and a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety. With a strong focus on addressing executive functioning difficulties, Sage helps clients develop effective strategies to improve their daily lives and achieve personal goals.
She holds certifications as an ADHD Clinical Service Provider and a Certified ADHD Coach Practitioner, enabling her to offer specialized, tailored support for each client’s unique needs. Her professional expertise is deeply informed by her personal experience as a mother of children with dyslexia and ADHD. This perspective enhances her ability to empathize with families facing similar challenges, creating a supportive and understanding therapeutic environment.
In addition to her work with ADHD and neurodiverse populations, Sage has extensive experience supporting individuals with severe mental health struggles, including trauma, anxiety disorders, and significant behavioral challenges.
