Kristy Robertson, LPC
About
Kristy is a wife as well as a mother of two children, ages 20 and 27. In the journey of life, Kristy believes few things are as important as mental well-being. She believes when we are struggling mentally, it is increasingly difficult to lead a healthy life, grow in relationships, and maintain self-confidence. Mental health is not something that should be taken lightly and hidden. Finding the root cause of mental struggles and destructive thought patterns is crucial for understanding yourself. Taking the steps to seek help, gain an understanding of yourself, and transform your mind is worth the time and effort. She has experience in counseling a variety of ages facing challenges of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, codependency, intrusive thoughts, ADHD, Asperger’s, and others. By ensuring confidentiality, fostering trust, and demonstrating empathy, she provides a space for her clients to feel comfortable sharing their life issues. With an integrative approach to therapy, Kristy helps clients to break destructive patterns, improve coping skills, refine social interaction, and address issues that interrupt their ability to enjoy their everyday life. If meeting in person is not possible for you, Kristy is certified to do Telehealth sessions.
