Skills 4 Life Social Skills Groups
Our Skills 4 Life groups are designed for children, teens, and young adults who want to develop self-confidence, improve communication, and strengthen peer relationships in a supportive and engaging environment.

These groups are designed to support individuals with a range of neurodiverse needs, such as ADHD, social anxiety, or traits consistent with Level 1 Autism Spectrum Disorder. However, they are open to anyone who could benefit from extra guidance in navigating peer relationships, interpreting social cues, and building everyday social and emotional skills. A formal diagnosis is not required to join.

We also periodically offer a separate group for young adults with Level 2 Autism Spectrum Disorder. Please contact us for more information about this option.
